“KalaSangha” was born out of this need to fuse the raw and the tender with the electric and the dynamic, the old world grace, rooted aesthetics with the contemporary grandiose. Founded in 2016, “KalaSangha” has forged itself as a community of performing artists, committed to a personal and social evolution through the medium of their art.

Neha, the creative director of kalasangha believes that no society can be truly progressive without the development of art & culture, and envisions KalaSangha as a platform where art can be used as a medium to elevate the emotional intelligence in our society and help humans to attain their full potential who can meet a complete life!

Like all great inventions, KalaSangha was also born out of a deeply personal need; to live in a society which is progressive, expressive and in touch with its roots. To fulfill this need, KalaSangha was envisioned as a community of enthusiasts & artists, who are committed to exploring arts as a medium of sharing, and self-expression, for the purpose of community healing and elevation.
What we do? Along with conducting regular classes for both children and adults, we also curate special and customized workshops and retreats, for a variety of people, belonging to different age groups and walks of life, including corporate workshops. Choreography and creative direction for special productions and events form a significant part of Kalasangha’s artistic journey.
Truly living by its values of giving back to the society, KalaSangha also gives scholarships and aids to students from the economically weaker sections of the society in the field of performing arts. Discuss with tinny)
(Can be,Vision too) KalaSangha is on an avowed mission of making art education accessible to all, irrespective of the class, religion, region, age, or any other biases. Thus, we continuously strive to make our art more fluid in both content and space, which is why collaborating with different artists and performing outside of the traditional spaces like auditoriums acquires a great importance in our value system. We are as much at home on a make-shift performance area in an idyllic hillside village as we are under the spotlights of a 100-seater audi!
Organizing special programs and workshops for NGOs, old age homes and other institutions of the same stature is a special part of Kala Sangha.
